Congrats on the great tournament! It's really awesome listening to your excitement about it. I'd suggest breaking up your tournament into two days if it's possible. 3 on the first day and 2 rounds on the second. It'll give everybody time to enjoy the games and not feel overwhelmed, and give players time for socializing at lunch and dinner.
